Behind the clouds

Oh,babe how I wish all days
Of my life were spent with you
But the wind of life
That comes with crest and trough
And ups and downs
Has come visiting,dictating |
A separation that is hard to bear
But the soul of man stands defiance
And would overcome the barrier
Pose by life with its attendant problems
Someday while I long to see you
This haunts me everyday of my life
Humans waggling their tongues
Temptation abounds from every corner of the world |
Love stretches from every angle
But wouldn't succumb to them
But place my gaze above the horizon
To see you rise into the clouds
And rise I as well to meet you
But never give up to their yearnings and aspirations.
